I have been thru lot of injuries over years and taking care  of  my body with all of them.  With all that I do,working at hospital,working with private clients, puttting my body thru a big demand, its doing pretty well.  So the saying holds up.  "Your  body is a machine, like a car, you have to take care of it.  Otherwise it will break down...
